They were visiting friends in Canberra one weekend in early spring, on their way to Floriade. I waylaid them, and we managed to sneak in a quick hour of family photographs. If you would like your family in front of the camera, let me know.
I photographed the beautiful Ireland family at the tail end of another Canberran Autumn. A week later I happened to be at the same spot and all the trees were bare and looked somewhat frail, but while we were there the place seemed alive and magical.
