They've been patiently counting down days, perhaps even the hours, ever since their engagement. Needless to say they were excited, and it was fun being part of their day.
In terms of weather it seemed to be the marriage of extremes. There was the scorching summer sun, as well as the cool rain. Claps of thunder could be heard in the distance and smoke moved in from a fire not that far away and overlayed the evening sky in pale colours.
But for Peter and Rebecca the day they have been waiting for had finally arrived. And no elements, no matter how sinister, could keep them away.
